Mau Mau Memorial Monument — Renovation

Uhuru Park, Nairobi

Renovation and restoration works on the Mau Mau Memorial Monument in Uhuru Park, Nairobi — the national memorial to victims of torture and ill-treatment during the colonial era (1952–1960). The works cover replacing failed floor and paving tiles, re-cladding the curved granite feature walls, repairing the plinths and access ramp, and protecting the central bronze sculpture group.
